Who we are
Pocket CFO™ is a digital revenue planning tool operated by MNM Financial Services PLLC DBA Abundantia Advisory ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use the free Pocket CFO™ Revenue Snapshot, the paid Pocket CFO™ Revenue Plan, and our website, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Lead and account details: name, email, business type, revenue range, and any answers you choose in our quizzes and forms.
- Workbook inputs: owner pay, expenses, offers, prices, and goals you enter inside the tool.
- Billing information: limited payment metadata (Stripe customer reference, last four digits, purchase status). Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Marketing attribution: UTM tags, referrer, and ad click IDs (e.g. gclid, fbclid) carried in the URL when you arrive.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, device, and timestamps captured by our infrastructure providers for security and reliability.

Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract (delivering the Product you purchased), (b) our legitimate interests (running, securing, and marketing our business), (c) your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and (d) legal obligations.
Who we share with (subprocessors)
We use a small set of trusted providers to operate the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Cloudflare — application hosting and edge runtime.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Analytics & ads — where enabled, Google Analytics, PostHog, Meta Ads, and Google Ads receive event data tied to your browser session for measurement and attribution.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share workbook financial inputs with advertising networks.
Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workbook session. Third-party cookies from the analytics and ad providers above may be set when those features are enabled. You can block them in your browser settings or via your operating system's ad-tracking controls.
Data retention
We retain lead and account records while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Payment records are retained as required by Stripe and applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thepocketcfo.io. We respond within 30 days.

The Product is intended for business owners 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
